Online Shopping Policy

How to Shop

You can shop online at www.spiritcandyapparel.com 24/7. Guest checkout is available, but creating an account gives you faster checkout, order history and tracking, a wish list, and the ability to earn and redeem rewards.

Need help placing an order? Email hello@spiritcandyapparel.com. Do not send credit card details by email — we will never request or accept payment card data via email.

Payment Methods

All online orders require full payment at checkout. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards, and Spirit Candy Apparel gift cards.

Custom & Special Orders

Made-to-order items (custom monograms, Crystal Couture–style custom work, or other special-order products) may be canceled only within 24 business hours of purchase. After that, once the item enters production it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged — it is a final sale. Typical production timelines for made-to-order pieces are 8–10 weeks from order submission. In-stock specialty items may also be final sale.

Large / Heavy Freight Items

Some large or high-freight items may ship within the United States only. If an international address is used for an item that cannot ship internationally, the order will be canceled, refunded, and you will be notified by email.

Team & Group Orders

This site is set up for individual retail purchases. For team or group orders, email hello@spiritcandyapparel.com (or use our Team Sales contact form) and our Team Sales representative will follow up.

Quantity Limits & Bulk Orders

To keep items available for as many customers as possible, we limit orders to four (4) units per item per order. We do not accept bulk or reseller purchases through the regular store and reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to violate this policy.

Gift Cards

Spirit Candy Apparel gift cards are available online and may be used with discount codes. Maximum purchase amount and other limits are posted at checkout. Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards — attempts to do so will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Discount Codes & Promotions

We may offer discount codes (for example, a welcome 15% off code for new subscribers). Terms:

  • Codes apply online only and cannot be combined (no stacking).

  • In-store, outlet, or third-party promotions are excluded.

  • Certain categories and limited collections (e.g., shoes, limited-edition collaborations, special couture collections, collectibles, and gift cards) are excluded from discounting.

  • Third-party promotional codes not issued by Spirit Candy Apparel are invalid.

Rewards Program

Earn points and rewards when you shop online. Details and program terms are available on our Rewards page.

Price Adjustments

If you buy a full-price item online and we reduce the price within 7 days of your order, you can request a one-time refund for the difference. Conditions:

  • Applies only to full-price items (sale/discounted items excluded).

  • Limit two (2) items per order for adjustments.

  • Price adjustments do not apply to promo codes, contests, cart discounts, bundles, or in-store purchases.

  • Requests must come from the original purchaser and include the original receipt/order number.
